SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped using Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking and $100 insurance. Once your item is mailed, you will receive the tracking number. All delivery issues after postal drop-off must go through the postal service as it is now in their possession. Holiday seasons are known to be backed-up for USPS so please be patient for your package.

For Canadian customers, we utilize the most affordable shipping possible that comes with tracking and insurance. We would love to offer free shipping to all customers but unfortunately it is not feasible at the time.

All items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Ambre Bijou does not accept returns on products. However, we are certainly dedicated to customer satisfaction and we will do our best to rectify on a case by case basis due to owner's digression.

Ambre Bijou will grant replacement products due to damage of goods during shipping. Damaged goods is considered damaged or contaminated containers. Be aware that melted product is not damaged goods. For more info on melted products, please see FAQ page.
Customer must contact Ambre Bijou within three days of shipment to receive replacement product and provide photos.
